This article explains how to add videos or images to the job requisition.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Images can be embedded in the description section of a job requisition. In order to create a link to a video or image, you can submit a case according to the steps on KBA 2264945 - Hosting a Photo or Company Logo on SuccessFactors SFTP Servers for Recruiting. SuccessFactors will host the image on our web server and provide you with a link to the image. You can then open that link in any browser and then copy the image and paste it into the job description at the position you want.

However, videos are not supported in the job requisition. Job Requisitions supports only the link for a video. You can request SuccessFactors to host the file according to the above article and add the URL to the job requisition.
