2081537 - Reporting on Time to Fill and Time to Hire - Recruiting

Symptom

  • What is the difference between time to fill and time to hire and age of a job requisition?

Environment

  • Recruiting Management.

Resolution

  • The “Age of Requisition” is related to the age of a job requisition. This field is reportable in ad-hoc under the section “Job Requisition”.

  • The “Time to Fill” is related to the time to fill a position for each job requisition. This field is reportable in ad-hoc under the section “Job Requisition”

  • The “Time to Fill” is considered when the job requisition is closed. While the “Age of Requisition” is when the job requisition is not closed (either pre-approval or open).
  • The “Time to hire” is related to an applicant. This field is reportable in ad-hoc under the section “Application”

  • The calculation for all these parameters can be defined in admin tools > Manage Recruiting Settings

  • The parameters that can be selected as Start Date and End Date are not customizable and are all referred to standard fields in the job requisition template or application template.
