  • Why doesn't Change User Information work for employee central clients?


  • Employee Central.


  • Admin Tools ==>Manage Users ==> Change User Information.
  • The dropdown list is blank for "Find".
  • Even if I uncheck Active Users Only no employees are found.
  • Change User Information is one of the Administration tools that no longer functions when Employee Central is installed.  All employee changes should be made by using the HRIS Actions and screens available in the EC processes.
