- In the system tool called Provisioning that Customer Success has access to, the system setting "Employee Profile data audit", which is necessary to capture the audit data, needs to be enabled.
- Only when this provisioning switch is turned on, will new changes from that point be captured and stored in the SF instance DataBase. Only when Audit data is there in the DB will the Ad Hoc report be able to return results.
If it was previously enabled and is then disabled, then previous data will still be held but no new data will be added.
