- The Supporting Information Pod is where all the feedback is stored from "Ask for Feedback".
- Additionally, information submitted via the Touchbase App for this person will also feed into the Supporting Information Pod.
- You can grant permission to the Supporting Information pod/button from advanced configuration options for PM v12 templates. Go to Admin Tools > Performance Management > manage Templates > Select your template and open the Advanced Configuration options.
- One of the options you will see for Button Permissions that can be permissioned is Supporting Information.
If you grant this to a person/role at specific steps, then they will be able to access all the supporting information that people have submitted via email Request Feedback option and the Touchbase App.
If a role has not been granted permission to this then they will not be able to access the responses from Ask for Feedback.
