Reports: Your reports are not showing the same data as recently imported or entered.

• Run Update Forms for Templates if you have updated data but the reports are not reflecting this.
   
• Bonus Payout Report can be run only after form creation - Shows bonus payout per employee per form. Will combine all assignments into one total. This report is used to for payroll.
   
  • When running bonus payout details report, I get duplicate payout records for an individual on some individuals
     
  • Bonus Payout Details Report can be run before Variable Pay Manager Forms are created. This report is used by the Compensation Administrator to validate business goal calculations.
     
  • Bonus Payout Details Report is the Aggregate report (export). Shows multiple “pay items” per employee. Used to prove out assumptions and calculations
     
• Employee History information displays on the Bonus Payout Details Report, but not on the Bonus Payout Report.
   
• Hidden columns in the Employee History Data Model will not display on the Bonus Payout Details Report.
   
• Rollup Report Button on the forms is not showing for some users.
   
• Rollup Report: When I click the Detailed Report icon (also known as rollup report) it does not work for some individuals. Most roll-up reports work, but for some individuals I get the error message "The document you are trying to access is no longer in this folder. It may have already been acted upon, moved to another folder or deleted, or the link you are trying to follow maybe invalid. Click here to return to your Homepage." More info..
