Process to Request a Learning Build
1.) A Support Contact Administrator should submit a Priority 4 case via the Cloud Support Portal at support.successfactors.com
2.) Once the submitted case is processed, following the SLA guidelines associated with a Priority 4 case, SuccessFactors will verify the customer’s information and will upload the requested Learning build to the customer’s defined FTP location.
When to Request a Learning Build
- While a new build can be requested, via a support case, as soon as the day after a release, all requests will be fulfilled within the Priority 4 service level guidelines.
- SuccessFactors follows a quarterly release schedule, but often applies weekly patches which can be requested by Learning On Premise customers on an as-needed basis. Please note that information about the major items fixed within a release will be noted in the ‘read me’ notes included in the FTP upload.
