2074838 - Changing the required date from a curriculum already assigned

It is necessary to change the required date from a curriculum already assigned or the required date from items that are not in a curriculum or program (free-floating items).

To change the required date from a curriculum, please proceed according the below steps in the Learning admin side:

1. Manage User Learning > Edit Required Dates >

2. Click "add one or more from list" > Search for the user ID of the user(s) which you would like to update >
3. Click "Add" to confirm the user selected and then click "Next" >

4. You can add one or more curricula in step 2 and then click "Next" to add items not in a curriculum or program in step 3 or skip step 2 entirely if you want to add only items not in a curriculum or program in step 3 >

5. In the thrid step you can add free floating items. After selecting additional items, click in "Add" and then "Next" >

6. On the fourth step, you will set the required date as necessary >

7. After the value has been changed, please click "Finish".
