2074162 - Deleting Items from Drop Down Menus

Symptom

  • How to to delete "Learning Plans" and "Registrations" from the "My Employees" drop down menu for Supervisors on user side.

Environment

  • Learning

 

Resolution

Here is the way to remove the requested tabs:
 

  • Step 1: Go to the User's account ( Who is a supervisor ) (User Management >>User >>Enter User Id >>Edit >>Grab the Role assigned to him (example :DEFAULT USER)
  • Step 2: Go to System Admin >>Security >>Role management >> Find the role ID you grabbed in step 1 >>edit it
  • Step 3: Go to work flows tab >>My employees >>Drill down by clicking the "+" option next to it >> remove Access Learning Plans  , Access Registrations .

 
Please note if you change the setting here it will effect all the users who are assigned this role.
