- In order to do this you should do the following:
- Create a domain called "Archive" or similar. This is the domain you will assign to entities that are no longer in use and should not be accessible by the general admin and user population. Add the locations and facilities to that domain that you want to hide.
- Create a domain restriction called 'PUBLIC' and only have the public domain in it.
- Apply the domain restriction to the ROLES assigned to the users and administrators that need to search or access locations and facilities. This will limit the locations and facilities they can access to those that are assigned to the PUBLIC domain.
