Can we configure goals to automatically populate a value?

• Yes, goals and sub-goals can be configured to auto-populate values in the Goal Plan XML. The related documentation is below:

Can we include custom calculations in goal plans?

• Yes, custom calculations can be configured in the Goal Plan XML and the most common examples are as follows:
• Goal Score: Rating x Weight
• Run Rate: Actual / (current date – start date)
• Year-end Forecast (based on current run rate): Run rate x (due date – start date)
• Target Run Rate: Target / (due date – start date).
• Year-end Forecast (based on target run rate): Actual + (target run rate x (due date – current date))
• Proposed Run Rate: (Target – Actual) / (due date – current date)
