  • How can I ensure that when creating a calibration session for a large group of employees, that the session creation will not get timed out trying to process the request?

  • Successfactors has implemented a configurable threshold value within the calibration template setting so that when the number of subjects/forms exceed the threshold (we can re-use the current configuration for threshold of asynchoronous subject processing, that is used during session finalization), the process should be initiated as an asynchronous Quartz Job. Once the quartz job is finished, the user will be notified about the status of force routing so that the user can go back and activate the session.
  • Within the Advanced tab of the Calibration Template (Admin Tools -> Calibration -> Manage Calibration Templates -> Advanced), there are now 2 additional settings, 'Synchronous processing subject count', and 'The maximum number of viewable subjects without filtering'. If the numbers of subjects are larger than the sychronous subject count value, it will force route forms in async mode.
