2070626 - Manage Sessions - Drag & Drop not Working in Calibration Session - Calibration

Drag and drop is enabled for the Calibration Template, but it's not working.

The form template does not have manual ratings.

If the form template only uses calculated overall ratings, they will NOT have the drag and drop feature in the Bin view of Calibration. You will only be able to just view employees in the current Bin as a source of discussions. If you would like to use the Drag and Drop feature within the Bin View of Calibration, you must configure the Manual Overall Rating and allow the Calibration user from the route map to edit the manual rating during the Calibration step (any adjusting of performance review ratings during or after calibration also needs to be permissioned correctly in the PM form xml). Otherwise, the ratings will only be adjusted within the review form itself (perhaps in a Discussion step after Calibration).
