There are several options to hide the link to the Detailed 360 Report in Form Template Settings. 

• Detailed 360 Report Permission Control
• Enable 360 Detailed Report Permission for:
• You can select which roles will have access to the Detailed 360 Report
• Use Form XML
• The form XML permission "detailed-360-report" will determine which roles have access to the Detailed 360 Report. This allows permissions to be assigned to roles other than the roles listen in Form Template Settings.
• Hide Detailed 360 Report link unless <x> participants complete their forms.
• Note: if someone with permission to access the report link sends you the completed 360, you can "inherit" that person's permission to access the report link. This feature can be enabled/disabled in Form Template Settings > Inherit Permissions through Send Copy 
• Disable Detailed 360 Report button in routing bar
• This will hide the button in the routing bar of legacy 360 reviews. This is the button in the routing bar toward the top of the page (page icon on the right), not the link in the summary, this setting is not present in 360 Reviews - SAP Fiori Version templates.
• Hide the link to the detailed 360 report in the En Route and Completed folders until all users have completed the 360
• Note: we recommend selecting this option. Otherwise, users will be able to view the Detailed 360 report at any time, even before all participants have provided their ratings. In this case, the report might show inaccurate results. This change applies to existing forms as well as newly created forms. 
  This setting does not affect the 360 Report button in the routing bar, if the setting "Disable Detailed 360 Report button in routing bar" is not selected, users will still be able to access the Detailed 360 Report using the routing bar button in legacy 360 Reviews.
