The overall ratings on my 360 detailed report doesn’t match the ratings on the dashboard list view reports
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors 360 Multi-Rater
Cause
The form setting option 'Calculate the item ratings by sub-item ratings in Detailed 360 Feedback Report.' is enabled on the 360 Multi-rater form template. When you enable it, "All" ratings will be calculated by averaging all overall sections. For the dashboard list view report, it’s a more straightforward calculation, and those ratings are calculated by all the participants' overall rating.
Resolution
In order to have a straightforward calculation to match the ratings on both reports, disable this form template setting option.
