2069215 - Reports - Detailed 360 Report Link Not Showing In Form via Detailed Document Search Report - 360 Multi Rater

Symptom

  • We use the Detailed Document Search report to find users 360 forms and then access the Detailed 360 Report from that form, but for employees who are inactive the link is not showing.

Environment

  • 360 Multi Rater

Cause

  • Working as designed when a user is inactive and you access the form via detailed document search feature.

Resolution

Please Note: Detailed 360 Report link will not appear on the Detailed Document Search Report for inactive users

Workaround: you can proxy as the manager from the inactive user, go to the manager complete folder and search for the form from the inactive user. Here you will able to click on the Detailed 360 Report link.

 

Please follow the steps below If you want to give an user, with report rights, the permission to use the link you need to add/check the permission for "User With Detailed Report Privilege ".
