2068172 - Error - Username or Password is missing in the URL - 360 Multi Rater


  • When an external rater clicks the ACCEPT link to access a Multi- Rater form, they receive an error page stating "Username or Password is missing in the URL".


  • 360 Multi Rater


  • This is most likely due to some corruption with the external raters’ username.


  • If you do not have password encryption enabled on your site (System PropertiesàPassword & Login Policy SettingsàEnforce Password Encryption), try resetting the external raters password, and send reminder. DO NOT reset passwords if you are using encryption.
  • If password encryption is enabled, then if possible, inactive those accounts and change their email addresses to an unused one (export external raters, update email address, and re-import). You can then create new external accounts for them by re-launching the 360 form.
  • If problem still persists please open a support ticket.
