Symptom

  • How to change the Process Owner 360 form.

Resolution

360 Forms: The Process Owner is the final approver in Approval Mode who sends the document into Evaluation Mode.

 

  • Manual Change Via Admin Tools

You can manage Process Owner changes that happen during a 360 Review event directly from Admin Tools, meaning now when a Process Owner leaves, you can move forms to the replacement Process Owner. To do so, first make sure you have permission to do this activity.
To grant permission first go to Admin Tools > Manage Security > Administrative Privileges > Managing Documents and select the Change 360 Process Owner checkbox.
Then go to Admin Tools > Company Processes & Cycles > 360 Reviews > Change 360 Process Owner

   Use this page to change process owner of a 360 document. Enter the document Id and recipient username to make the change and click Change Process Owner Button

  • Automatic Change via Imports

You also have the option to automatically make the new manager the Process Owner of the form when there's a manager change during (in-progress) or after (completed) the review process.

To do so, from the Employee Import page, select the Automatic Process Owner Change to New Manager for In-Progress Documents When Old Manager is Process Owner (Only for 360) checkbox or the Automatic Process Owner Change to New Manager for Completed Documents When Old Manager is Process Owner (Only for 360) checkbox.
