Functionality Group by doesn't Work in the Extension Field.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Customers Work Center.
- Go to Accounts view.
- Click on Open Activity List button.
- Select any account and edit.
- Click in Adapt button and select Enter Adaptation Mode
- Again click in Adapt button and select Edit Screen
- Go to the Extension field tab and select the desired field
- Click in Configure Sorting and Group By
- Configure the values and save
You will see that this functionality doesn't work as expected.
The system is working as designed. The Group By in extension field is not supported.
