The Sales Cycle cannot be edited after creating an Opportunity.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the Sales work center.
- Go to the Opportunities view.
- Click on New.
- Create a new Opportunity.
- Save it.
The Sales Cycle is not edited after the Opportunity is created.
This is an expected system behavior.
The existing Opportunity needs to be deleted and a new Opportunity with the required Sales Cycle needs to be created.
