A Broadcast is not being sent out to the email recipients
- neither on the scheduled time
- sometimes not even when triggering the manual sending (via the Start Now button)
You might get an error message like:
User ABC (ABC represents the username) cannot start report (XYZ represents the name of the report).
The user who created the broadcast must be active and unlocked. If this is not the case the broadcast will not be sent.
Check which user created the broadcast in the Business Analytics work center, Broadcasts view, Created By field. Make sure that this user is active and unlocked in the Application and User Management work center, Business Users view, User Locked column or Show Locked Business Users view.
