You are trying to claim the expense through personal e-mail account. However, a confirmation e-mail is not triggered and expenses are not added in the system.
Reproducing the Issue
- Send an e-mail from your private e-mail address to expenses@myXXXXXXX.travel.ondemand.com.
- You do not receive a confirmation e-mail in your inbox.
- Go to the Travel & Expense work center.
- Open an expense report for which you are trying to add expenses.
- Search for the expense that you have added by e-mail.
- The expense is missing.
Expenses are not added because personal e-mail ID is not added and maintained in the Additional E-Mail field of user data.
- Log in to the system and go to the Personalize link.
- Press My Data option.
- Add another e-mail ID in Additional E-Mail field.
- Save the changes.
Now the system will recognize expenses added through personal e-mail.
