1969035 - Copy not allowed; source and target system have different add on versions

When you try to Copy a solution profile from a tenant to another you get the follwoing error message:
Copy not allowed; source and target system have different add on versions

1. Go Service Control Center work center;
2. Go to Systems view;
3. Select source instance;
4. Click on Copy Solution Profile button;
5. Source system is selected;
6. Choose your respective solution profile;
7. Select respective tenant as Target System;
8. Click Ok;

In these systems there is one or more solutions implemented.

In order to be able to copy solution profiles source and target systems have to have same solutions implmemented with the same version.
Therefore you have to contact the person who created the solution in order to deploy same in both systems.
