1967874 - Unable to print from Crystal Reports on BILaunchpad after upgrade

Symptom

After upgrading the servers, users using BILaunchPad cannot print. Users get a blank Printer dialog box. (See screenshot.)

Environment

  • Windows
  • SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 3.1 SP6 (update)

Cause

The Crystal Reports Print Control is out of date.

Resolution

  • Make sure that permissions are set on the clients so that they can update the CR Print Control
