1952408 - Bill-to party Address is missing in a Particular Customer Invoice


When you preview a particular Customer Invoice, the address (Bill-To Party) is missing in that invoice. But, in some other Customer Invoice, the address is displaying as maintained in the Invoice Document.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Customer Invoicing work center.
  2. Select Invoice Documents view.
  3. Select Show: All Invoice Documents and Find the invoice.
  4. Select Preview button.


The cause for the issue could be that, there exist a script for this address with specific condition to display the address based on Price, Country and so on.

For Example, if the script is to show the address only if the price is more than $1000 then,


// Display Recipient's address and ABN number only if it's $1000.


The Form Template works as expected based on the script.

You can check the script of a field using Adobe Lifecycle Designer either online or offline mode.
