You have created an Itinerary in Online Booking Tool but it is not visible in Cloud for Travel & Expenses System.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the Travel & Expense Work Center.
- Click on Book trip.
- It leads to Online Booking Tool.
- Complete the booking.
Newly booked trip is not replicated in Cloud for Travel and Expenses system.
Issue is caused as another Trip exists with same dates in Cloud for Travel & Expenses System.
Please create a trip in Online Booking Tool with dates that are not overlapping with the existing trips in Cloud for Travel and Expenses System.
