You want to delete a partially delivered shopping cart but the system do not display any option to do so.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the work center Home.
- Select the view Self -Services.
- Select Track My Shopping Carts.
You can delete any document only if it is in Preparation status. Once the document is released, the system does not allow to delete it but you can cancel the shopping cart by cancelling the remaining open quantity of the purchase request created as a follow-on document of the shopping cart.
