You create a Purchase Order from a Shopping Cart and you are unable to change the Account Assignment details in the Purchase Order.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the Purchase Requests and Orders work center.
- Select the Purchase Orders view.
- Select the purchase order you created using the purchase request created from a shopping cart.
- Account Assignment details are grayed out.
Shopping cart line item is assigned to multi cost objects and the same is picked on to the purchase order.
So the account assignment type cannot be changed in the Purchase order but cost objects can be changed.
Ex: In shopping cart Account Assignment Type is selected as: Cost Center A as 50% and Cost Center B as 50%.
Then in Purchase Order the Cost Center A can be changed to C but not the Account Assignment Type - Cost Center.
