Sales Data
Data from these sheets will not be uploaded.

Cause

With the Migration of Customers for SAP Customer OnDemand you can migrate the following information:

-General characteristics and addresses

-Contacts, including private addresses

-Directly responsible employees

-Attachments

Even though the Sales Data tab in the migration template can be made visible via the unhide function in the excel file, the data maintained there cannot be migrated. The Sales Data tab in the SAP Customer OnDemand System for Accounts is only available if the SAP EPR Integration has been activated. Since the migration tool cannot check the activation it is not possible to upload this data.

Resolution

This is the current system behaviour.
