CR 2008 was released together with XI 3.1 and CR 2011 was released together with BI 4.0 and hence, the whole maintenance strategy is aligned with XI 3.1 and BI 4.0 as follows:

XI 3.1 is scheduled to reach the end of mainstream maintenance on December 31, 2015. This is the date that patch support will end.
It is scheduled to reach End of Priority-One Support on December 31, 2017. This is the date that interactive technical support will end.

As for the maintenance schedule of XI 4.X, the mainstream maintenance is till the end of H1, 2018 and the Priority One Support will be ended on the H1 of 2020.
