An employee is entering his working hours correctly, but the Availability Calendar for this employee is not populated in Resource Management Work Center.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Resource Management Work Center.
- Click on Resource Search.
- Search for employee XYZ and click on button Show Availability.
- The availability calendar is not populated and the message 'Working days not determined; check work schedule for XYZ' is thrown.
The Availability Calendar is missing because the Work Schedule for this employee was not maintained.
To fill the Work Schedule follow the steps below
- Go to Time Administration Work Center.
- Select Employee view.
- Search for employee XYZ and click on Edit button.
- Go to tab Time Profile.
- Select the sub tab Work Schedule.
