1844647 - End User Unable to Send Incident Directly to the Service Provider

Symptom

End user unable to send incident directly to the service provider.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Choose Help Center from the SAP BySesign UI.
  2. Select You Can Also.
  3. Choose Tract My Incidents.
  4. Select New ->Incident.
  5. You did not find option to put back incident directly to the service provider.

Cause

Key user has not assigned the Incident view to you.

Resolution

Key User has to do following steps:

  1. Go to the Application and User Management work center.
  2. Select the User and Access Management view then choose the Business Users sub view.
  3. Find relevant user.
  4. Choose Edit->Access Rights.
  5. Select ITS_APPLICATIONUSERMANAGEMENT view.
  6. Enable the ITS_INCIDENTS by selecting Assigned to User.
  7. Save and Close.
