When you try to add an Employee into an Org Unit, no employees are visible in Employees tab instead only Service Agents are available.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Organizational Management work center.
- Select Edit Org Structures.
- Highlight an Org Unit.
- Go to Employees tab.
- Select Add button.
- No employees are visible instead Service Agents are available.
1. For any Org Unit, you can assign only Service Agents through Add button. If you want to assign an Employee that should be done through Personnel Administration work center.
2. If you select the Add button in the Employees tab of any Org Unit. A new row will be added then select the value help which will display the list of Service Agents in the system.
The system works as designed.
