When you try to save an Account, system throws below error message:
The currency was not found for account XYZ, sales organization ABC and distribution channel Direct sales
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Account Management work center.
- Select Accounts view.
- Select New Private or New Corporate Account.
- Save the Account.
The cause for the error message is that there is no Currency maintained for the combination "Account XYZ, Sales Organization ABC and Distribution Channel Direct Sales".
To resolve the error message, follow the below steps:
1. Go to Account Management work center.
2. Select Accounts view.
3. Search and Edit the Account XYZ.
4. Go to Sales tab.
5. Under Sales Data, you can maintain the Currency for above combination.
