You are not able to select the required sales unit when creating a Sales Plan.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the Managing My Area work center.
- Go to the Planning view.
- Go to the Sales Planning sub-view.
- Select New.
- Enter all relevant details such as the Sales Unit, the Horizon and the Plan Currency.
- Go to Next.
- In Planning Dimensions, select Sales Unit.
- Click on Edit.
You do not find the required Sales Unit in Sales Unit list.
In the First step, you have selected Sales Unit XYZ (XYZ represents the identification of the sales unit). In the second step, only the Sales units below Sales Unit XYZ will be available. This is to maintain hierarchy.
If there are no Sales units below the unit XYZ then you can choose to un-select Sales Unit in the second step and remove it from the dimensions. If there exists Sales Unit then select the ones which are relevant. You may deselect the Not Assigned (Which comes by default) under sales unit. In the second step it is not possible to choose the Sales Unit XYZ.
