You want to filter the content of your report, however the button Edit Filter is greyed out.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the respective work center.
- In the reports list, open the required report.
The Filter tab is greyed out.
This is the standard system behavior as there is no actual content to be filtered yet.
To enable the Edit Filter button, you have to first Run the specific report and then this button will be available.
The reason for such behavior is that if there is no content to be filtered then the functionality is not necessary, therefore it is greyed out. However, as soon as you execute such report, the button Edit Filter will be available.
