• To download Crystal Reports for Enterprise 4.2, 4.3:
      
• Installations and Upgrades
  Full product installation.
       
1. Go to the SAP Software Downloads website: https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/softwarecenter
   
2. Login with your SAP User ( S-User ID )
         
3. In SAP Software Downloads, under the tab "INSTALLATIONS & UPGRADES", select the following:
• By Category
• Analytics Solutions
  
   
      
    
4. In the "ANALYTICS SOLUTIONS" page select: "SBOP BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE PLATFORM (SBOP ENTERPRISE)"
          
5. Then select:
• SBOP BI PLATFORM (ENTERPRISE)
• Select the desired product version.  ( For example: SBOP BI PLATFORM 4.3 )
• Select the product version again.
• CR FOR ENTERPRISE
    
6. In the Download page, it will display a list of available downloads for Crystal Reports for Enterprise.
      
                                   
    
    
               
• Support Packages and Patches / Maintenance 
  Requires Full Product Installation, except for the new ONE Installer from 4.2 - Support Pack 06

• To download a version of Crystal Reports for Enterprise  that is no longer supported:
  Important Note: There is no full product download for unsupported versions of Crystal Reports for Enterprise, only the latest product updates.

2. Login with your SAP User ( S-User ID )
     
3. In SAP Software Downloads, under "SUPPORT PACKAGES & PATCHES", select the following:
• Archived by Alphabetical Index (A-Z)
• B 
     
4. In the page "Archive - B", scroll down, and select: SBOP BI PLATFORM (FORMER SBOP ENTERPRISE)
     
5. In the SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform, SBOP BI PLATFORM (ENTERPRISE)
     
6. Select the desired version.  ( For example: "SBOP BI PLATFORM 4.0" )
     
7. In the next page, select "CR FOR ENTERPRISE"
     
8. In the Download page, select the desired Support Pack, or Patch of Crystal Reports for Enterprise to download.
