Reproducing the Issue

Create a Cross-tab Crystal report as Amount and Limit in your Summary part.

Resolution

  1. Right click on the cross-tab field and select Format field
  2. Click on Font Tab
  3. Under Color condition specify below logic.

If CurrentFieldValue>GridValueAt (CurrentRowindex,CurrentColumnIndex ,CurrentSummaryIndex+1) then crgreen else crred;

  1. Click on OK
