Reproducing the Issue
From CR, click on 'SAP' menu
Cause
Typically caused by installing Crystal Reports 2011 before SAP GUI
Resolution
Please follow these steps to reinstall the Crystal Reports 2011 SAP integration option
- From Start>Control Panel, go to 'Add Remove programs'
- Select and right-click on 'Crystal Reports 2011'
- Select ‘Uninstall/Change’
- Select 'Modify’ and click on ‘Next’
- Expand the 'Integration Options'
- Uncheck 'SAP'
- Click on Next and proceed with the modification
- Once the process is finished, the SAP toolbar will not be available in CR anymore
- Repeat the steps from 1 to 5
- Check the option 'SAP' to install again the SAP integration option
- Click on Next and proceed with the modification
