1547961 - The character 'i' is added after every lower case 't' when a report is exported to PDF file format

Symptom

  • Report uses Calibri font
  • Export to PDF from the Crystal Reports designer is rendered correctly
  • Export to PDF from the Crystal Report viewer for VS .NET results in the 'i' character added after every lower case 't'
  • Another reported variation; "lit" is displayed as "litt"

Cause

  • The file USP10.dll was loading from the c:\windows\system directory

Resolution

  • Ensure the USP10.dll is loading from the Crystal Reports bin directory
