What to do if account owner left the company and account's owner e-mail address is not valid anymore?
The request to change the ownership should be send to SAP_ondemandsupport_crdcom@sap.com
Please include the following information:
Current Owner User ID (e-mail address)
Current Account ID (Login to crystalreports.com, go to Settings, Account tab)
New User ID (e-mail address)
New Owner Full Name
Reason for Ownership transfer.
If current Owner's e-mail address still valid.
