particular Service agent is missing in the Resources view, When a Project Manager tries search for that Service Agent
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to workcenter Project Managament.
- Select view Resources.
- Select All Service Agents in the field Show.
- Now search for the service agent.
- Search results in No Record found.
The Cause for the issue is the service agent had been linked to the wrong supplier account.
In order to resolve the issue, reassign the service agent to right Supplier Account.
