For non-localized Country XYZ, you may copy an existing Country's Calendar and further, Edit and use as per the non-localized Country XYZ requirements.

To create a New Holiday Calendar, you may follow the below steps:

  1. Go to Business Configuration work center

  4. Go to Fine-Tune phase and open the activity Working Day Calendar
  5. Select Create New Holiday Calendar
  6. Select the Country ABC from which you want to copy the Calendar
  7. Checkmark the box for Use General Holiday Calendar template for selected country
  8. This will add all the holidays present in your Selected Country Holiday Calendar
  9. You can ignore this checkbox option as well, from which the Selected Holidays List will be empty and you will be able to add all relevant holidays
  10. Now, for the holidays which are not present, select Add Row option and add your required holidays in the list
  11. You can Edit the Holiday Calendar Name and feature of a new calendar DEF Holiday Calendar
  12. Review the data and select Finish to save your New Holiday Calendar

Assign the New Working Day Calendar to the relevant Business Residence in Organizational Management:

  1. Go to Organizational Management work center
  2. Go to Common Tasks view
  3. Select Edit Org Structures subview
  4. Select the Business Residence and on the General tab:
