Resolution

  • The free application to view reports with saved data called: SAP Crystal Reports Viewer, can be downloaded from the following locations:
      
  • SAP Crystal Reports Viewer Installation:
        
    • Installation Guide is available on the SAP Help Portal, as well as in the Attachments section below.
    • Side by side installation of different versions of SAP Crystal Reports Viewer is not supported.
         
         
  • Downloading Crystal Reports Viewer from the SAP Download Software: ( Requires an SAP User Account )
            
    1. Go to SAP Download Software
         
    2. In SAP Download Software, under the tab "INSTALLATIONS & UPGRADES", select "By Category"
          
    3. Under "By Category", select "Analytics Solutions"
                        
    4. In the "Analytics Solutions", select: "CRYSTAL REPORTS VIEWER"
         
    5. Select the version of Crystal Reports Viewer to download. For example: "Crystal Reports Viewer 2020"
         
    6. Select the version of Crystal Reports Viewer again. For example: "Crystal Reports Viewer 2020"
          
    7. It will then display the list of the available downloads for Crystal Reports Viewer.
