Symptom

  • A working Business Objects system suddenly stops working and the infoview gives error like 'Page cannot be displayed' or 'server error in '/businessobjects/enterprise115/infoview application'
  • Crystal reports designer installed on same machine also stops working and gives error like,

    • Runtime Error!

    Program: …gram Files\Business Objects\Crystal Reports 11\crw32.exe

    This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application’s support team for more information.
