1219663 - Date formats in numeric charts do not use regional language setting formats

Symptom

Date formats in numeric charts do not use regional language setting formats. For instance, a report created with 'United States' as the selected regional setting would show the date format "01/20/2005". The same report on a computer with 'Germany' selected as the regional setting should show the same date as "20.01.2005" but it still shows it with the 'United Sates' regional setting date format.

Cause

This issue has been assigned ID ADAPT00523406.

Resolution

Hot Fixes or Service Packs address this issue as indicated below. With the update(s), this issues is resolved.

Unless indicated otherwise, Critical Hot Fix updates from the FTP site have only been tested with English versions of our products.
