1219469 - You need two default values to set the 'Allow custom values' option to 'False'

Symptom

In the Crystal Reports XI Report Application Server (RAS) SDK, you should be able to set the 'Allow custom values' option to 'False' if there's only one default parameter value. Instead, you need two default values to do this. When you attempt to set it to 'False' with only one default value, the following error message appears:

"Cannot disallow editing if the parameter doesn't contain more than one default value."

The issue has been identified and tracked under ID ADAPT00523531.
