1218975 - Error: "Class 'com.crystaldecisions.Utilities.Environment' signer information.."

Symptom

In a Report Application Server (RAS) Java SDK application, when printing with the 'PrintReport' method, the following error message appears:

 

"Class 'com.crystaldecisions.Utilities.Environment' signer information does not match signer information of the other classes in the same package."

Cause

The issue has been identified and tracked under ID ADAPT00472019.

Resolution

Hot Fixes or Service Packs address this issue as indicated below. With the update(s), this issue is resolved.

Unless indicated otherwise, Weekly Hot Fix updates from the FTP site have only been tested with English versions of our products.
