A report that is saved with data contains a query. The query includes a variable similar to @variable('BOUSER') that stores the user name. When the report is re-opened by a different user, however, the saved data is not discarded.
This known issue has been assigned Track ID ADAPT00365356.
Hot Fixes or Service Packs address this issue as indicated below. With the update(s), this issue is resolved.
