1218451 - Cannot export to Editable (RTF) export format using RDC for Crystal Reports XI

There is no enumerated value in the Report Designer Component (RDC) API that enables exporting to Microsoft Word - Editable (RTF) format.

When attempting to export to this format from a viewer, the following error message appears:

"The report was not exported. The selected export format may be disabled on the server."

This known issue has been assigned Track ID ADAPT00388759.

Hot Fixes or Service Packs address this issue as indicated below. With the update(s), this issue is resolved.

Unless indicated otherwise, Weekly Hot Fix updates from the FTP site have only been tested with English versions of our products.
